Excellent
This is a quality pen. The space pen is always a good product. It is compact and lightweight. The creakote finish is a great feature and even adds some texture. It writes well.

Easy to lose, so be careful with it
I replaced my ink with the 'bold' refill and I like how it writes better. that is just a personal thing. Other than that, here are a few impressions.1. when you put the cap on the back it is a regular size pen and very comfortable. If you leave the cap off it is short and not comfortable. Don't worry about the cap scratching the body, never had it leave even a mark.2. This is small when it is folded up - so it is really easy to lose. They sell a clip you can add to it which helps but personally I just keep it in my pants pocket with my wallet. So far have not lost it yet. The finish on the body looks really tough so I think that I could carry it in my other pocket with my keys and it would not get scratched up.3. makes a unique and cool gift. Works upside down so it is great for me for the checkout sheets at work that are mounted to the wall and I am writing with the pen facing up.

Love the blue Cerakote
Been wanting to buy one of these for a while. I originally bought the original bullet pen but decided that pulling off the cap and putting back together wasn't exactly what I wanted. The press and clicking for the capomatic satisfies my fidget need while annoying my wife at the same time. Win, win. The pen is still compact, lightweight, no scratches and writes like a charm. Definitely recommend. I may have to pick up the wine color as well.

Worth every penny
I already had a Fisher bullet pen that has lasted for over a decade but when I saw the black cherry cerakote, I had to have it. This is a beautiful writing instrument. The surface is slightly rough, which makes it easy to hold. The color of the finish is rich and deep. Is it just a pen? Yes. Yes, it is. It's also one of those little things that make life a bit more enjoyable, using a fine pen that looks as good as it writes.

I like these pens a lot but they are expensive
I lost my last Fisher Space bullet pen and missed it so much that I had to replace it. The quality is great. They can be a bit slippery and fall out of a loose pocket! The Cerakote finish is very nice!

It's a little rattly
The "refill" rattles around inside the pen in an annoying fashion. I was able to get it to stop by wrapping a single layer of invisible tape around the narrow part of the refill. For this price, this shouldn't be a problem that exists. At least the fix is easy and cheap.I'm also not sure how well the cerakote will hold up over time to posting the cap. Still likely to be more hard-wearing than bare metal.Other than that, I like the way the pen writes. I've always liked the Fisher "refills". For one thing, they never dry out, even when left in hot environments, and seldom have much problem with hard starts. The Bullet pen design is cool. It's very compact, but feels like a full sized pen when you post the cap, and the weight is nice; it feels like a solid object. That said, you basically always have to post the cap, as it's too short to write with comfortably for more than a couple of words without.

Perfect Size for Side Pocket Carry
Typically I carry a pen every day in my front shirt pocket. Occasionally I like to wear a collared shirt (without front pockets) and I never liked carrying a standard sized pen in my side pocket because it always got in the way when I sat down. Since I also carry a rite in the rain notepad, this pen was the perfect option. It is barely noticeable in the side pocket, and usually blends in with my keys, also in the same side pocket. As far as writing, this pen writes smooth and effortlessly, even while using it on waterproof paper. Only complaint I have, is most of the time it takes a couple strokes to get the ball covered, but that’s common for a ball point pen. I would, without a doubt, purchase this pen again.

Nice color, great quality
I like the metal bullet pens (once accidentally ordered plastic... was not happy) and had to piece together (inc. ink) my tri-colored set of black, blue and red, but I'm happy with the set now (although paid a bit more of a premium for the red and blue pens)

Fisherspacepen!
Ein Fisherspacepen eben. Ich brauchte nur noch eine Mine mit blauer Tinte (weil ich lieber mit blau schreibe).Perfekt für's EDC und stört nicht in der Hosentasche.

Expensive, but worth it.
These have been around for decades pretty much unchanged and for good reason: they’re the ultimate pocket pen and the starting point of the best “every day carry”. The large ballpoint cartridge contains pressurised thixotropic ink which can write on most surfaces, from any direction and even under water. The pen is compact and pretty much indestructible when inserted into its cap and just the right length when reversed for writing. I’ve had one in my pocket every day for almost 50 years and only had to buy another when I lost it. I’m a little bit annoyed at the price considering the simplicity of the underlying brass construction and the fact that they haven’t changed it for so long but there’s no arguing that they got the recipe right the first time. There’s new finishes all the time if you want to be fancy but the simple chrome one is bombproof and won’t get damaged by other items in your pocket.

Good product
Well made with good material - better with clip (bought separately) if not used with jumpsuit
