I bought 300 customised clay chips from this company Casino Kart. I spent INR 24000 for this purpose. I’d like to share my experience so that future buyers can make an informed decision.1. I was promised the order in 3-4 weeks. I received the order after 7 weeks, after much follow up from my side.2. Many of the chips I received have stains which cannot be removed.3. There are color discrepancies on the face and sides which do not make them look uniform.4. In several cases the chips have been printed in an out of focus way / smudged way5. One chip fell from table height and immediately chipped- which says that these chips are probably not very durable.6. There are scratches on the surface of almost every chip7. It appears like these chips are 5-10 years old instead of being brand new chips.8. When stacked more than 4-5 high, the entire stack wobbles. This is a sign of poorly designed and executed chips. It doesn’t look or feel high quality.9. When I contacted their representative with these complaints - first my messages and calls were not returned and when I persisted he tried to convince me that these issues are common for these kinds of chips. He refused to refund me fully or partially and said he would only replace the stained chips.10. I’m not at all satisfied with their product, with their customer service, with their timelines, and with their overall way of treating their customers.I was thinking I was investing in a set of high quality poker chips I could use for a long time. Instead I feel quite cheated and left with an unhappy experience.Please know what you are getting into when you order from them. So you are well warned.
