Yes. Everything but the actual MSR fuel bottle which you will have to buy separately. It's an excellent stove. Very efficient.

Q: Does this come with the wind shield like they used to?

When I purchased this item it did come with a thin, foldable wind shield.

Q: I bought new msr stove and noticed the stove bowl looks used whilst the rest of the stove is in perfect condition. has anyone noticed this?

My guess is that it has some heat discolouration from testing. Even if it has been used it won't affect you. These things go on forever. HTH.
