Absolutely love it. Used it to immediately record serial number in an Excel worksheet and then took it on the road and used it in inventory mode where the serial numbers were stored until downloaded. It is light and portable and easy to use. Improves efficiency and minimizes errors.

This thing works fine. No problems with it
This thing works fine. No problems with it. The battery seems to work forever without recharging. We have a simple need for it at our flower shop--to read the barcodes on an order and put them into the appropriate screen in our pos system. Right out of the box it worked fine. Plus, something of value to me (being an old guy) is that I can clearly hear the beep--but it's not too loud. Other models we have used are either way too loud or way too quiet (and not adjustable) I recommend it.

Handheld Scanner
This scanner works as well as ones at a far higher price point. Since it goes to sleep when not in continual use, I need to remember to reactivate it prior to scanning barcodes, but that is a minor inconvenience since it is more than offset by greatly increased battery life.

Top Inexpensive Scanner
Great price, light weight, comfortable grip. Setup took 1 minute at most, but was probably more like 30 seconds. I was able to take the scanner directly out of the box and start scanning barcodes to input them into a database. After 20 minutes of scanning I plugged it in to ensure it received a good charge. Amazing scanner for such a low price! Keep in mind you can’t scan barcodes from a phone, laptop, or other screen with this model, but if that’s a function you need TaoHorse has a model that can do that for you.

Dropped the unit and the circuit board dislodged. Notified the manufacturer and they said that the board should have been glued in. We were able to follow their instructions and fix the unit. Great follow up and customer service.

inconsistent scans
