First I’ll say, I have not recently had a baby, but I was looking for a clean, legit, 3rd party tested probiotic to take daily, so I decided to try this one.I do love that these contain no: added sugar, artificial flavors/colors, gelatin, soy, nor gluten.So far, I’ve been taking one capsule a day for about a week, and I can already tell positive differences in my digestion & bathroom visits; my belly is no longer staying bloated after meals.This bottle contains a 2 month supply, 25 billion CFU per dose - all the probiotics you need are in each dose.Capsules are not huge & are very easy to swallow.Highly recommend!

There are way too many probiotic supplement options out there and it seems so simple to just grab any one of them and go, but not all are safe. This bottle makes me feel at ease to take this pre and post pregnancy as they are actually NSF certified and third party tested. I mean, if you are pregnant, you can't trust any brand for your and your baby's health. I am comfortable with this, had no side effects, the capsules don't break easily. Don't discount them because they are not as known as other brands. They are legit and I am comfortable recommending them!

I got this probiotic to prevent any yeast infections. When I take antibiotics I usually get a yeast infection. So I’m always on the hunt for a probiotic to take daily that will help prevent them. I decided to try these for a week or so just to see how they do. As I’m not pregnant currently but trying! So far this probiotic has helped me about a week ago I started feeling like I was getting a yeast infection. So I started taking these and within a few days it was gone. I haven’t had a problem since! I added these to my everyday supplements for when I’m pregnant and even after I have the baby!
