Nice boots!
These boots are great fitting, they are comfortable, and break in easily. Surprisingly light. Good traction on the slushy icy snow. I've been wearing this brand for about 20 years, and they're good for my arthritic ankle. Lust tighten them with the laces instead of the zipper. It makes a decent splint. I'm very happy with these boots. Even the size 10 1/2 extra wide size. Sometimes wide sizes are not wide enough. These are. Good boots!

Definitely getting your money's worth
I got two pairs of these shoes back-to-back for the past 2 years it's lasted my boyfriend one year each as he works in pest control. Comfortable to wear but the fit around the ankle is a bit tight even with the compression socks. Considering My boyfriend works in pest control the durability's top notch although the inner souls of the shoes did start to tear within the 8th month mark. Looks professional and not too heavy. Definitely getting my money's worth.

Solid
Solid footwear for law enforcement. I'm a big guy, and this brand/model (6" and 8") will last me about two years if I take care of them appropriately (let them air out, polish the leather, and replace laces once maybe). Consider ordering a half-size down, especially if you have wide feet and are used to most footwear brands not being quite wide enough. I wear a 9 wide in Asics and New Balance, but these boots I wear an 8.5 x-wide, and they are adequately comfortable.

Best tactical boots
Do you know why Magnum named these STEALTH FORCE? Did you notice that piece of whatever in between the heel and the mid-front of the soles? That little thing makes it so that you, or someone else, doesn't hear that click clack while walking. It evens out the sole while also providing balance and stability while running and cutting corners. These are large boots. A cross between motorcycle boots and tactical boots. They are built like a tank while providing you with agility and grip. I have owned many pairs of these boots each one lasting around 2 years with harsh use. You may notice that Magnum no longer sells this boot. They replaced it with the Strike Force. I tried them and there's no comparison. I thought I was going to be without my Stealth Forces forever until I found them on here. Now once I saw them I assumed they were fake because Magnum stopped selling them back in 2022 and I paid $250 for the LAST PAIR in Canada! Having common sense I called up the parent company Hi-Tech to find out how this model is still being sold and they told me that I was correct in Magnum not selling the Stealth Force since 2022 and that HITECH still sells them via Amazon through a seller named Global "something" which is this seller. I was so happy that I bought two pairs and next month I'm buying another, I only wear boots and Merrell Jungle mocs. I tried the Tactical Research boots and they are too narrow even in a wide and there is no quality control. One boot is always different than the other and I went through 3 pairs. The reebok rapid response looked like fake boots. Cheap leather and smelled weird. I didn't like the fit. Cons: the padding inside SUCKS! I'm over 200 lbs and as always the insoles flattened out in less than 3 days. Here's what you do. Buy a pair of Aetrex insoles. I use the L-400. A normal foot insole. They have others also. They have ones for people with foot issues also. I used to get my insoles at Red Wings but they stopped making them since 2019. These "orthotic insoles" are GREAT 👍. Lined with copper to help get rid of bacteria and they last! Expensive at $70 but I promise compared to all the others these are the best. I keep mine clean. I take them out of the boots every night and wipe them down with a Clorox wipe. Then I use a damp rag to wipe off the clorox twice and let them dry once a week. YOU MUST TAKE OUT THE ORIGINAL INSOLES FIRST before putting the Aetrex insoles in FIRST. Did you get that? Otherwise you'll have no room for your foot! Also these will not be around for long (boots). If HITECH recently started selling the stealth force again at this price it's a closeout. The boots run 1 size big. I wear a size 13 sneaker, when i wear them, so I ordered a size 12 boot. Perfect. If you make the smart decision and get the Aetrex insoles get them one size larger than the boots. I got size 13 insoles. Perfect fit. I took the laces out and used a "Ladder Lacing" style. Not only do they look much better but they are better for your feet. I will try to include a picture if I can remove the EXIF "phone id" before sending. If not look on you tube. There you have it. Peace

Finally! Actually a Wide, too.
I needed a duty boot for light foot patrol, several miles a night. I have purchased and returned probably 6 pairs of tactical boots in 2 months including 5.11s, Danners, and Bates, trying to find a casual tactical pair that works for me. The only other pair that is tolerable for me as a Duty boot is the Bates Paratrooper boot because it is also actually wide.As soon as I opened the box, I could tell that these would be great. They are ACTUALLY a wide fit (take notes, other companies) and are lightweight enough while still being completely supportive. They also have a wide cuff that -- though to be fair, it looks a bit silly if tucking in the pants -- is wide enough so that I don't need blousing straps for the very same pair of pants that used to require tucking in due to wild baginess.I'd estimate that at the price point they cannot be beaten if you need a Wide.

Poor quality control, company will not stand by their product warranty.
These boots became damaged really quickly compared to other brands I have used in the past. I, like many others wear boots each day for work. Unfortunately these boots had the backing on the inside which sits against the heel rub all the way down to the hard backing a little after 6 months of use. Personally this is either a huge quality control issue or product defect as boots should not become painful or fall apart in slightly over 6 months.Unfortunately, that is not the only problem with this company as the customer support is also dreadful. First off, they forget about your messages. On two separate occasions a month would pass and I would have to resend an email with the previous conversation forwarded in order to have them continue support. Worse yet, after going back and forth for months they decide that their boots falling apart on the inside, where your heel is suppose to be padded is considered wear and tear and they refuse to stand by their product. I have worn other brands, such as 5.11 and Danner for years before this specific problem became an issue.TLDR: The inside backing that rests against your heel fell apart in only slightly over 6 months of use. Customer service forgets about you and requires you to resend another email with all the previous information to continue support. After months of going back and forth they consider their boot failing as wear and tear in only 6 months. This company does not stand by their product.

Comfortable and sturdy, like myself.
Comfortable, durable. I wish Magnum would bring back the classic Hi-Tech boots to the US. I don't like side zip, but these are great replacements.
