I have made several different dishes with this product and it has made big difference in taste and presentation.

This is a very fine red chili pepper seasoning. It's a great product for Korean food such as kimchi or just making spicy noodles. Keep in mind that these are not your general red pepper flakes, it's actually a powder, so it's super fine meant to cook with, not so much of topping a dish off with it.

Nice pepper. Fine ground. Not flakes.
