i took a chance on it being identical the the one i had lost (not a Kenwood) it fits perfectly is well made im considering buying another as a reserve seeing as I'm a bit clumsy.it arrived on time and well packed

I bought one,wrong type,when I phoned kenwood the chap knew exactly what I wanted & supplied part number.I was surprised still available as machine is nearly as old as me,but still giving great service.

Cut but not stir as well
It is very sharp and works with my old machine. However, the blade seems to sit lower than the old one. It no longer stirs very well. I got some big pieces while most of vegetables already turned into mash. Disappointing. I guess I still need a new machine.

Saved on new food processor
I planned to buy a new food processor after the blade attachment for my FP480 broke.The replacement saved the day!
