Quality and delivery were excellent but the price was steep

Purchased a whole lineup of Kohler Artifacts products for our remodel. A bit expensive, but really adds a quality high end look and feel to our new kitchen.

Great product and worth the money!

Bought the bell-shaped faucet with lever handles for a master bath renovation. Bought by site & reviews. After reading comments on flow, and then doing some research, I learned the flow can be adjusted with the green aerator plastic gadget that is in the box (used to remove the o-ring). My plumber suggested to twist-tie it to the under-cabinet piping so I do not lose it. (See pic).So far, the flow is just fine! I never turn water on full-blast anyways. It’s great for a quick hand washing & brushing teeth. I have the Kohler Ladena sink & there is no splashing onto countertop. Love the sink too!I was most ‘worried’ that the faucet arch would not be high enough but it is absolutely perfect. It is gorgeous. Love everything about it.Because we have two of these in our bathroom, for comparison, I may remove an o-ring on one faucet, and leave the other as-is.

Purchased this from a plumbing supply house as part of a master bathroom renovation. My wife and I really like the looks of the faucet. We purchased the chrome. I didn't understand what laminar flow meant for a faucet. In this faucet, it means no aeration. I would have preferred a traditional aerated faucet. That is our bad for not investigating better. The quality of the construction is very good, looks nice, price is on the high side.We also purchased two Bancroft bathroom faucets. This faucet has "regular" aeration and I like it.UPDATE:I purchased a Neoperl Cache 1.5 gpm Aerator. I was able to convert the laminar flow to an aerated stream. The aerator cost about $5.50 + shipping. I am now very happy with this faucet. I have upgraded the rating to 5 Stars.

This is a beautiful well made faucet and it should be for the price. Like all current bathroom plumbing fixtures flow is restricted to certain gpm. The comments by one reviewer about flow issues may be due to their installation but also the spout has a broad end and water comes from just the center in a smaller stream. Looking at it you might expect a huge amount of flow but get a narrow stream. But don't worry it's plenty of water and is conserving water. I am happy and they look elegant.

I purchased this faucet from a Kohler dealer and have no issues. Looks and functions beautifully. Perfect for a small vanity due to it's short projection length. They must have changed the design, because I have no flow issues as stated in the previous review.
