Went back to order page and noticed that it is careful not to describe what the handle is made of. In Australia, this kind of mis-selling selling is illegal. International sellers must think they can get away with it because of the hassle to return items.

The design on this is unique and amazingly effective. This will remove more wood that you intend if you don’t pay attention to what you are doing. I would absolutely buy the Shinto rasp again.
