Electric fireplace insert
This is exactly what I was looking for. It's the right exact size for my cabinet. My other fire insert had error code and I could not get it to work. This one works great. Was easy to install with a few screws. Puts out good heat

Perfect fireplace insert
I purchased this fireplace to replace one whose motor died. It is quiet and the flames are really nice, heater is also great. Good value for the money if you don’t want anything fancy like different color flames.

Pretty average
Bought this because it exactly fits to replace the one that stopped working in my TV stand and was easy to install. Log and flame effect is right in the middle-range. Not as nice or realistic as prior one but not as fake looking as others. The brighter settings look less real. Heating is below average. It’s used as a supplement to my regular heating system in living room. Ran for over 3 hours and didn’t make much difference. Next day, ran for 10 hours and made only a minor difference. Prior one would make a very noticeable heat increase in the room, and a more fake looking one that my parents have also generates much more heat. This is more aesthetic than functional heater, and the aesthetic is probably right in the middle compared to others.

Money well spent
The media could not be loaded. With a few adjustments to my entertainment center it fit perfectly and is absolutely beautiful I do however recommend getting a “crackle box “ for the sound effects of a real fire

Dead on arrival. Reads error oH and doesn't work. Not eligible for an Amazon return refund. Had to go through the manufacturer to return for a refund. Amazon's return label wouln't print, had to print from a screenshot. Manufacturer took a long time to refund.

Heats well
We have 3 of these in our home. They heat very well. Just love the flickering flames. We used this one to replace an older one in.our tv stand. Very easy to install. Love the remote. They seem to last pretty well. Just wish the logs could be shut off like the flames are and still function like the older model we had.
