My grandson is a handful🥰 and he drops everything on the floor. The convience of this gadget is a life saver for my husband and I. Not to mention my grandson can help with clean up, it’s light and manageable.

I like this as both a vacuum and a mop. Light weight, sturdy, effective **BUT** I’ve been trying to get replacement bins for the vacuum and pads for the mop for several months now and can’t find them. The company (Litheli) doesn’t even have them to order online, making it completely useless. Don’t waste your money.

I love this cordless vacuum cleaner. It easily converts into a handheld vacuum. Making it perfect for tile and wood floors cleaning . It allowing me to clean every surface in my home. The water spray and vacuum clean my kitchen floor right after my cooking The battery life is great and easy to charge.

Update: Seller was nice enough to compensate me, and offered new batteries, great customer serviceI live in a studio and needed a small vacuum, it’s okay for the price, the charging part is annoying and the batteries takes long to charge, and it wasn’t clear that u need to purchase the dust container separately because they are disposable, i’ve been using the same one that came with the vacuum but cleaning it is not easy, having lots of regrets here

I love how it vacuums and wipes at the same time

This product worked properly one time and now it does not shoot out the water through the sprayer and I only use water and instead the water leaks out. There is no proper way to drain the tank so that it does not leak on its own. There is no contact seller for support. It is a garbage product. The vacuum also does not have powerful suction. So disappointed in this product

03/09/2024 - I threw it in the trash. The button that holds the dust tray in fell off. The company never has the mop pads or dust trays in stock and it won't work without the dust tray. I couldn't use it anymore. I wanted this mop to work really badly bc its a good concept. Just not this one. I'll find a similar one elsewhere.Update: the company sent a new battery free of charge. I'm glad they try to make it right when things go wrong.Update: I can no longer use the mop. After having it less than a week, one of the batteries malfunctioned while the mop was on. I noticed a weird smell coming from the mop and turned it off. When i took the batteries out, one had black goo oozing from the charging port. It no longer works.Previous review:I have had my vacuum mop for a few days now and have used it often. So far I am very pleased with it. It does not come assembled, so you will have to put it together for your first use. The instructions are very detailed and easy to understand. It tells you all about the do's and don'ts as soon as you open the booklet. Assembly was really easy.This is not a vacuum like your big boy vacuum that you pull out for carpet. It is designed to pick up small dust, dirt and debris on a HARD floor. I have hardwood floors and tile in my home, except for the bedrooms. You will need to pick up and large pieces of trash before using the vacuum, but it tells you that in the instructions. It picked up crumbs, dirt and other debris in my kitchen and bathrooms nicely. Only downside is it isn't designed for corners well. You might wanna pull out the ol' broom for that. The debris is collected into a dirt tray that you can throw right into the trash. There'd a button you push, the top pops open and you dump it. No touching dirt! Yay!Now for the mopping: it uses only water. I was hoping I could add a little cleaner or something to it, but the instructions advise against it (could mess up the machine). But honestly, if you are just giving the floor a good once over, water is just fine. It has a decent sized tank that you fill with water. It's enough to last for several mopping or to clean a large area at once. I haven't had to refill it yet and it's been days. The washable mop pad is included, as well as some disposable ones too. I've used both, and they do a pretty good job. I've even used the mop on some dried up unknown spill my k8ds lovingly left under the table. Cleaned it up just fine!The cordless feature is one of the best features in my opinion. It runs on two rechargeable batteries that can double as a power bank for other electronics! That's pretty cool. It also includes a double ended charging cord to charge both batteries at once. You have to provide your own charging block or plug it into a USB charger. The batteries come halfway charged, so give them a full charge before using. Mine charged fully in under an hour. They have lasted 3 days so far. There are lights on the batteries that tell you when they need a charge again. No cord to drag around, and I can easily switch to another room without having to stop, unplug, go to the next room, replug, hope the cord is long enough, try not to run over the cord, etc. It's very lightweight too.Overall I really think this is a great mop to have. Downside: they do not tell you how to order new dust trays once you run out! The mop doesn't work without a dust tray inserted and there's no mention of how to buy more. I might keep an old one just in case.

Make sure there are plenty of pads and extras and extra batteries.
