It has a good consistency. Overall a decent alpha arbutin serum. It also has allantoin and glycerine which will calm and hydrate the skin. Niacinamide is also present but in low concentration (1%). Being a new brand I'm quite impressed.Only bummer is that they have put fragrance in it. Personally I don't like fragrance in skincare at all. If they could reformulate without fragrance, this product would be a 5/5.

I received the serum in bubble wrap not in its box.I doubt it's authenticity.
