I have owned this product for about two months and am very pleased. It is easy to use and effective, provided you use it as instructed (I used it 5-6 times per week for about 4 weeks before I started to see results, so stick with it). I will say that I started to get worried when I didn't see any changes after about 4 weeks, then soon after that I didn't need to shave. I continue to do the maintenance treatments since from what I've read, it first slows down hair growth before the hair falls out. But there was a dramatic difference after about 4-5 weeks, so be patient and keep using it every day until you see a difference.I used it on the highest possible setting, 9, and hit each spot 2-3 times during each daily treatment. I recommend picking a small area to focus on for 4-5 weeks, which I found to be more manageable than trying to get everthing at once. Now that the first area is working and I'm only doing maintenance there, I've moved on to the next area.Overall, I highly recommend!

I’ve been using this as instructed for about a month now and have noticed a huge difference on the areas of my body with medium hair thickness like my legs, arms and feet. My bikini line and underarms are taking longer to see a difference but there is a difference. Some areas of my bikini line have now stopped growing altogether and I noticed that my legs had areas that stopped growing after the first couple of weeks. Before I started the process, I could get out of the shower and get goosebumps and immediately have stubby legs again. Now I can easily go days without feeling any hair growth. Because the program takes 8 weeks to do, I haven’t let me hair go beyond a week without shaving but if I definitely could if I wanted to now. What grows back, grows back MUCH slower and thinner and I can tell that if I keep up the process, the hair should disappear. It’s totally worth the investment. I paid under a $100 with a coupon whereas I was quoted $10000 and $16000 for a full body laser hair removal treatment from 2 different local companies. No thanks, I’ll do it myself. One thing to note is I am not using this on my face, I will go to a professional with that because I have quite a bit of freckles and am concerned about the IPL catching the dark pigmentation of those. Strange but important story to mention. I sat on a pencil when I was a kid and for the past 30 years I have had the graphite stuck under my skin, it’s at the back of my thigh so I forgot about it. I accidentally ran the IPL over it and it hurt pretty badly and then blistered. I would imagine it would have a similar reaction to tattoo ink so make sure you are careful when getting near cuts, tattoos or similar things! Also, this takes commitment. I go over the areas 2 times and very thoroughly and it takes me about 1.5 hours to do my entire legs, feet, bikini, underarms and arms. I put on my favorite show and watch it while I do my IPL.

Only got to use a few times, never worked again. Completely broken won’t even turn on or flash. Stored correctly and didn’t even have a year. Can’t get ahold of seller to correct the issue.

The sleek design and the ergonomics made me buy this. I liked the ease of use as well as simple movement around areas to remove the hair. This wasn’t painful or with any side affects. I started with trying in a small area to see any skin reaction, but wasn’t. I did in a larger area after few days and the results are good. It is permanent and I can see it removed, else it would have appeared already. Appreciate the quality and effectiveness of the device. Little expensive but is worth the price.

The order arrived in less than two days. Much fancier packaging than other choices. The instruction manual as well as the printed card were perfect. Not only does it show you how to use the product it shows you how not to use the product. In about 20 applications, you will notice results. After about 40 applications you will be finished… If you figure it’s good for 1 million pulses. You could share it with your friends and family…. Don’t forget to use the sunglasses and don’t pulse more than three times in one spot at one time. Just keep it on automatic for convenience sake. I recommend the maximum settings unless you can feel something. I also think this would be a really nice gift. It only takes a few minutes a day to get the job done.

I’m not going to lie, at first I was skeptical of buying an at-home laser hair removal device, but I’m glad that I took the chance and tried it because I am one satisfied customer! The device itself is packaged very neatly and securely. The instructions and clear and easy to understand. The picture reference card simplifies everything and answers pretty much any questions that you may have. It’s very easy to use and I feel like it works great!
