Not as soft as the gel or latex pillows, but unlike them this pillow remains perfectly supportive. Initially a bit high for sleeping on my side, but once I removed one of the layers it was perfect.

Brought this due to neck and shoulder pain, thought a big reliable brand and the expensive price would mean it would be good.It wasn’t. Used it for about 2 weeks now. Open the pillow case and you’ll find what is essentially three cheap pillows wedged in there together. It’s not ‘firm’ by any stretch of the imagination, even when it’s ‘adjusted’ to its maximum firmness; It just feels like any other single average pillow, and in fact, has made the neck and shoulder pain worse than it’s ever been. Absolutely not worth the price. It’s currently awaiting collection for return, and I have brought another for £30, which is a hundred times better.

I wanted to write this review as I originally bought the Simba Hybrid Pillow and was actually very disappointed, thankfully I could return it and then buy this one and it is absolutely worth the extra money given how comfortable I find it.I've always slept with two pillows and am generally a side sleeper, I find that using just this one pillow, soft side up gives wonderful comfort, support and is just the right height for me.I love it.

Loft was too high when sleeping on my back and exacerbated a neck injury. Removed one of the soft pillows inside and it was too firm, giving me a headache. Ok for side sleeping but I do both. Annoyed that i have to pay to return.

I tried many pillows to help with discomfort due to being a side sleeper. They start ok but often flatten within weeks and then I end up buying endless amounts of pillows. I was unsure to spend soooo much on a pillow but I can honestly say that almost a year since purchase that I love it still as much as I did on day 1. You can adjust the firmness and the exterior cover is washable. I take it with me everywhere.Highly recommend buying on prime day or another offer day to get the best deal on an essential purchase for those of us who sleep on our side.

I was looking for a firm yet lofty pillow as I was a side sleeper all the time. I used a pillow from kellysleep which was amazing for over 2 years. After fonally it became disintegrated, I researched for a better replacement and landed buying this one with more than double the price for the Kellysleep one.Initially it was uncomfortable to begin with, the firm side is like rock! Aftee some adjustment I thought it was working, then I started having a worst neck pain of my life. Ruling out other factors I realized it is the pillow that’s causing it. The pillow also have a weird thick hard side sim which chafed even with two layers of pillow cover and the thinnest insert. After going back to £10 ikea pillow my neck pain gone away. Such a waste of money. I also waited too long and now I cannot return the item. Everything is incorrect with it- the product itself, marketing, price. Will not trust Simba product anymore neither recommend it.

Product overpriced for what it is basically a hard pillow

Excellent pillow, nice to have the soft and firmer sides. Will try the mattress from the same company too, I am that impressed! And I have tried so many pillows over the years!
