Nice and big
On reflection would have gone for the 10” but the cost was so so much more.So The 8”, good size the features, still getting used to them.Warns you ofspeed limit changes in advance, usefulWindHeight restrictions, not sure if it would tell you a height limit is TOO low for your vehicle, time will tell.Shows good free parking spotsPointed out a camp site en-route we didn’t know was there.Might have to update this after we have had it a bit longer

For a dedicated satnav it gets many obvious things wrong
Things it gets wrong or lacks: There no directions suspend - sometimes you just want it to stop talking, but it doesn’t allow this (poor design). Getting it to acquire a satellite position can be really hard. On several occasions we had traveled nearly 10 miles in a van before it got position. If you want to program indoors before setting out on a trip don’t expect to get a satellite position. The menu system is just fiddly to use and lacks coherence. To be able to change the volume is not easy. Also why can’t it automatically adjust volume to vehicle speed or ambient background noise. For such an expensive item the lack of a protective case is just being cheap. The mounting bracket needs tightening excessively hard to prevent it wobbling. On the good side the display is very clear and uncluttered. The announcements are clear and mostly well timed, although having a verbosity setting would be useful. Conclusion - I can’t understand why my iPhone can get a better position than this dedicated satnav. If doing again I’d buy a cheap android tablet and use a satnav app. That way you get a better satnav and a tablet for less money

Not practical for the UK and Europe.
What a waste of money. I would return it if I could. Complicated to use. It doesn’t recognise UK postcodes or if you type in an address it comes back “check spelling “ I put the size of my vehicle in and it sent me down a lane that was touching my mirrors. For a large motor home this was unacceptable! Unfortunately I can’t get my money back as I bought it in advance of a European trip and the returns date has expired. It’s not me, I am tech minded. Tom Tom is much easier to use and practical. Deeply regret buying this! It’s in it’s box and not used.

Great screen but that's really it, see attached.
Screen very good indeed, clear easy to read. Inputting geocoordinates not as straightforward as my last unit. Very difficult to switch off, press the power button, press the on screen "power off" button, sometimes it goes off sometimes it offers to restart in "safe mode", whichever method I use the thing is always completely flat when I need to use it again. Finally it died completely, currently away for repair/replacement, no possibility of getting it switched on full stop. Compared to my old 770 unit its a retrograde step, sadly could not recommend this unit.
