Q: Will this cut through fabric or is it just for paper/card?

I doubt it will work on fabric as the blade is quite fine and small.

Q: What is the biggest sized circle this will cut?

It will cut a circle up to 15.3cm (6 inches).

Q: Does it leave a puncture hole? Like a compass?

No. It just leaves a perfectly formed circle. Many have said they think it's a good tool.

Q: What is the minimum circle?

As stated upon the packing card 2.4cm or 24mm with this device, for smaller circles as and when required use a punch or a compass or dividers with a cutting blade in the position of the pencil (lead). I purchased a tool via Amazon a DRAPRS No 02-098, or a larger 099.
