Excellent for doing things you'd use a figure 9 carabiner for
I was looking for a device which would hook over something and allow the attachment of a rope or cable, and this little unit didn't disappoint. Decent lightweight material, excellent gripping ability. Time will tell over its durability but for now colour me impressed.

Fantastic so many uses I love these. Tightening down. Strapped things to the roof. Emergency dog leads. They are just so versatile

A carabiner that works completely as described.
This can be used in exactly the way specified in the Amazon description - it's not for critical applications but anyone reading the description would know that. The only reason I have knocked off a star is that in the picture the carabiner looks deep black but the one delivered to me has a matt grey finish. Not a big deal but the way things look makes a difference (to me at least).
