ETI Micro Stratus 3600 Black Turbodryer

My old hairdryer died recently. Searching on Amazon, I was drawn in by rave reviews of a sleek, modern looking thing, with Dyson-like looks, rave reviews and a super cheap price. It was rubbish- I returned it.I did proper research this time: looking at the best selling hairdryers on hairdressing supplies websites and hairdressing forums. This dryer frequently came up in the top 3. It was more than I wanted to spend, but I really needed something reliable that would last.Well, I wasn’t disappointed. This hairdryer is incredible. I didn’t think hairdryers could make hair less frizzy, but it’s true! My hair is noticeably less frizzy after using this dryer compared to my last one. It’s also straighter. I don’t style my hair but it is nice to lose a bit of frizz. I think this may be the ceramic grill?The dryer has 2 heat settings, 2 blow settings and a cold button. It’s hot and blowy enough to cut my hair drying time down to about 5 minutes. I’m amazed!It’s a bit heavier than my older dryer, not an issue for me but don’t pick it if you want something light.

Best hair dryer i have used except the digital version which is hard to come by. Love the power and agility of this dryer. Lasts for years at home and approx 12months in a busy salon.

I bought this to replace the same model that I had for ten years. It worked fine for years until the back came off and had a slight burning smell so thought it was time to replace it with a new model.This is a good hairdryer, it’spowerful and hot enough to easily dry my long thick hair in 10/15 mins. It is also really lightweight which is another reason why I stuck with this one.It’s good value for the price. The negative point was that it arrived in a battered box and looked like it had already been opened.

I can't believe there are not more reviews for this gem! I don't usually write many reviews but had to share my thoughts on this item to help others. It is simply AMAZING!!! I bought a Parlux hair dryer first from Amazon because of the brand hype but soon after testing it realized it wasn't up to the mark. Then after some researching I bought this one and I can easily say its 10 times better than a Parlux. The finishing touches like switches are better quality as is material making up the rest of body. The real difference is in the drying. This dryer is super fast and powerful (as it should be at 2200-2400 watts), it gives you the salon style blow dry in minutes. The best I have come across.

10 months in and still under warranty it gets cold after 2 minutes on hot setting. Amazon customer service never called me back when scheduled to inform what manufacturers have said. Bad customer service and bad product.

I had the previous model (3600) for about 5 years and after it suffered a major drop, needed to replace. This model is so powerful. I have very thick long hair which can usually take 30 mins to dry. This has cut that in half to 15 mins and somehow my hair is shinier. This is definitely a salon quality dryer (in fact my hairdresser has the same shape model but under another brand). This is my 3rd ETI in about 15 years and they are great value and a great hairdryer. This model feels much more powerful than the 3500.

I ordered the dryer and it came the very next morning. Took me a while to get used to it as the control switches are a different way round to my last eti and I kept turning it off by mistake. Still it's a very powerful dryer and we'll worth the low price. Also the customer service of this company are very helpful and extremely nice. I didn't realise the adapter for the 2pin plug was also in the box, how silly was I !

This is a good hairdryer. It is1. Not lightweight2. Does not possess any magic qualities- like leaving you with super sleek hair.It's recommended by hairdressers and appears to be a good brand.
