Loved this purchase - the perppercorns are really fragrant, would definitely buy again, and does not require a large quantity to be bought.Would really recommend! :)

I bought them as an addition to my cooking spices.I confess that so far -- where i have used them in new recipes that i have not found them to be a huge asset to my many years of cooking experienceI suppose my first step toward developing my adventure into taste was when --probably about 1944 -6 ishwhen I was 7- 9 years old when I found that the mushy peas with my fish and chips were absolutely brilliant on their own with lots of ground pepper and vinegar.Having travelled the world and lived in many countries I have always takenjige delight in local flavours and herbs and spices.Strangley, at the beginning of my 82 year I still take huge pleasure in mushy peas with pepper and (these days) with chilli ginSo I may find these peppercorns might prove to be that extra "je ne sais quoi" in a future recipe.But not yet

I cook a fair amount of chinese food. This is an essential ingredient and is just what I needed.

What can one possibly say? It was what I wanted.
