I like the size and even though it's spiral bound turning pages is easy. I like the pocket on the inside back cover. Great for storing small papers like receipts, tickets etc. Also the 2 dividers are movable anywhere in the book. Nice compact size. Lots of pages. The pen holder tab just gets in the way. I'll probably just cut that off.

Only issue is that the page you write subjects on is an advertisement I don't want to see.One of my notebooks appears to have less pages which is strange and one is also bound in a different color coil and smaller coil--but they're supposed to be the same notebook just different cover colors

This notebook looks nice and offers some add ons that are convenient to have. It's a 3-subject notebook so there are two different colored dividers that you can place wherever you please to create the three sections. This is handy because you may not need as much paper for one subject as you do another and you can adjust accordingly. The three rectangular holes in the front cover are so you can write in your three subjects on the paper behind if you like, but it also works as a design feature, so it still looks cool if you leave them blank.This notebook is tough as nails and it's going to last you. It has an extra thick plastic cover on the front and back, so it's substantially tougher than your average cardstock-covered notebook. You won't need to worry about your corners bending or wearing down over time-- it will take all the repeated, thoughtless shoving into bags and backpacks like a champ and still come out dusting off it's shoulders looking new. The durable double-spiral also plays a significant role in keeping this notebook from getting easily run-down. The lined paper inside is college ruled so you can pack more onto every page, and it's also thicker than most other notebooks, so you can use your fav felt-tipped pens with no worries about it showing through to the next page.On the back cover there is a small pocket which is helpful to have, and there's also a pen loop that's made out of a thinner version of the plastic used for the cover. The pen loop is ridged and sticks out a bit from the edge of the notebook, so it might get caught on stuff, and you will for sure want to take caution if you're blindly retrieving it from the depths of a dark bag because that mug has some wicked corners and it will bite you if you get too close. It is nice to have a pen holder though, even if it's a little hostile.Everything is exactly as advertised with some unexpected perks in the durability department. The only difference the notebook I received has compared to the product pics is that the double spiral is silver-toned and not gold. No big deal. I also think this notebook could maybe be a couple dollars cheaper, but everything seems to be more expensive these days. This notebook will last a good, long while anyway, so it'll be worth the money spent.
