Works very well!
I have bursa issues, and this is great to break them up and relieve the pain! I don't freeze or heat it, so can't vouch for issues others have had. However, after a few months, the small plastic locking piece stripped out. Now, the head won't lock in place and just flops around. It's no longer usable this way. Is there a replacement locking gear?

Cool and smooth
I like how it feels on the skin. But for someone who has arthritis in their hands it is heavy to hold.

Great icy massager!
This works well for me. Quite cold to the touch, rolls well. Handle good length. Purchased it to use on my leg after total knee replacement operation. It has worked very well. I had been knock-kneed and the operation straightened my leg. Only thing is my tendons/muscles on the outer side of my leg are shorter than on the inside my whole life. This device has allowed me to massage my tendons/muscles to try and help loosen them up, esp. when I am doing my PT exercises. It gives me some relief as they are extremely tight. The long rolling action really helps.

Broke after one use
The roller was used once and worked well but when I went to use it again the roller was split down the middle and wouldn't roll after being in the freezer.

The extendable roller!
This unit does NOT roll right! It's tight When I got it it was leaking some kind of liquid??? I tried to use it , but it won't roll free. I'd like one that didn't leak and try it. I think this one had the liquid inside the roller freeze and leak out the roller is oblong / out of shape. It was delivered the week we had 20 below temps. Thanks

Easy pain reliever
I appreciate the ease in which this little device with a small amount of effort to operate it soothes the body and relaxes you. When some of my family graciously volunteer to relax & ease my many back aches following seven (7) major back surgeries. Thanks to the inventor of this handy body tool and for the sellers.

Delivers cold/hot as promised
The media could not be loaded. First I’ll explain the product itself. This is made of 4 primary parts: the collapsable handle, the head, and the steel roller. The Handle has a foam grip that covers 4.5”, and the handle itself extends To 21.5” or collapses down to 10”. The head is 6” long and 4.5” wide, and adjusts up and down and can be removed completely. The silver roller fits into the head and can be snapped off the hinges for removal. To extend the handle, simply twist and pull to desired length, then twist again to tighten. Otherwise to rotate the head up and down, press the small button to the side of the arm and click into place. Overall very simple functionality. As for the steel roller, this thing is much colder than it looks. Even without freezing, it delivers a cooling effect. But once you place in the freezer for 30 mins, be prepared for chills. I have lower back issues so I’m constantly performing cold/hot therapy. And now I can work this tool into the cooling rotation. The metal is so cold that it might as well be ice cubes. As for massage method and intensity, this is a good roller for loosening muscles, but not for deep tissue. For my issues, I need more intense kneading in focused areas and this just doesn’t provide that.So it’s good for warming and cooling, which I need often but not so much for deep tissue.

Not good for lower back use
I figured with the extendable pole I’d be able to roll my lower back easier… however the force you need to place on the handle doesn’t transfer to the roller. It starts to bend the middle of the pole…therefore deeming it unusable for me
