I often put this on my Libre sensors and find that it provides excellent adhesion.It doesn't come off when I have a shower, I mean the edges sometimes loosen but the rest of the dressing remains and provides excellent protection.I don't have baths and don't swim so won't be able to comment on that, but it's fine for showering twice a day.My libre sensor has come off several times and to be honest if I've knocked my arm a little too hard with the dressing on, then the sensor has stopped working, but in general it does a very good job, as long as you don't knock the sensor area pretty hard!Definitely get it if you wear a CGM, I prefer the security of knowing it won't get knocked off.

These transparent waterproof coverings are perfect for large cover when having a wash /shower protects main dressing.

Was suggested this product to use for my new tattoo - it's supposed to half the healing time and means you don't have to worry about it for 5 days. It works really well, make sure to put it on a dry area (otherwise it won't stick) and make sure there are no air bubbles, otherwise the area won't heal properly. You can also overlay them, so if you are using it for a tattoo, even if it's a pretty large one it can be covered completely. I found it helpful and it eased my mind on having to keep my leg wrapped up and creamed. It's waterproof too, so you don't have to worry about it in the shower. Definitely worth a try, I've noticed my tattoo has healed a bit quicker than usual, so it works!

Recommended by Abbott to cover Freestyle Libre sensor but it’s really not fit for purpose, I was more concerned it would pull sensor off and I wouldn’t want to leave it on for 2 weeks

I have to use Fentanyl Patches to deliver pain management medication. They tend to start coming off after only a few hours so over the last ten years, we looked for other options. Thankfully we found Tegaderm film five years ago via the hospital. The major issue is they would not let me have more than a few patches. So I went to the GP. I felt she would have let me have one of her children before giving me some patches. The Chemist wanted £5.99 for five of these patches of this size. So it is not cost effective when I have to change my patch every three days. Thankfully I found these on here and while searching more, found them even cheaper elsewhere.The Tegaderm is a Godsend. I can shower, swim, lay on the beach while wearing this over my Fentanyl Patch. They may lift slightly on the edge, but the patch in the centre remains completely dry.
