Great sharp knife
I’ve had this knife for about a month now cutting open boxes cutting the cardboard on boxes and this thing is still very very sharp. This is considered super steel. I love the magna steel.

Crazy light weight, but feels sturdy
The handle of this thing is some rock hard plastic or carbon fiber or who freaking knows what, it feels very rugged but its insanely light weight, like when you pick this thing up its confusingly light. I was nervous at first about that as I usually like some weight to my knife, but honestly carrying this in a pocket was great because you just forget its even there its so light.

very underwhelmed...Basically just paying for the blade, its a fixer upper.
well, i really wanted to like this knife, it just is very underwhelming, the action, the handle..feels MUCH cheaper than the price would indicate.took about 5 seconds in my hand before i knew it wasn't going to cut it (pun intended)For the price this knife is not acceptable.yea i can go buy some scales for it and put about a hundred dollars into that to make it a better knife but at that point the pricepoint would be nearly 300 dollars, as a 150 dollar knife it isn't a good deal, for three HUNDRED it's clearly not a good idea.for an american made knife with a magnacut blade, i would overwhelmingly recommend the Kershaw Bel-air six days a week and twice on sundays over this knife.

Good knife
Knife was sharp right out of the box. Handles though have a cheap feel to them. Overall good knife for light duty EDC.

Pocket clip will Fail, DO NOT BUY
I bought two of these. The first mysteriously disappeared out of my pocket. I liked the knife enough to buy a second. After a few months I brushed a door handle and the 2nd knife pocket clip completely broke off the knife.I called Hogue and they said they purposely design the clip to break so it doesn't tear your clothes! I have never torn a pocket but I did loose an entire knife because of Hogue's breakaway pocket clip. Are they joking? They are sending 2 break away clips which I will throw in the drawer and carry a dependable knife not a Hogue.

Too flimsy for the money
Way more flimsy than the brand name and the price tag would let you believe.Get a Spyderco or a Benchmade for the money, you'll be way better served - you'll get a knife that will last you a lifetime, not a better part of a weekend.
