Will stain your teeth bright yellow!! Takes days to fade
These tasted ok. I’m not sure how they benefit in the long run because I quit taking them. They stain your teeth bright yellow!! It looks awful and stayed on my teeth for days before it faded. I scrubbed with toothpaste twice a day and followed each time with a brushing of pure baking soda. Not working out for me because of the staining. Oh and even my toothbrush bristles were stained bright yellow!
