Good and practical food processor
Great food processor.Powerful juicer, allowing to juice all hard fruits and vegetables. Easy to clean. The dough hook is very good to make pizza base and bread, the different disks to chop and grate are perfect. The blender is good for soups and smoothies. The orange/citrus press is a bit useless unless you want to make liters of juice.Overall a good food processor to be used a a daily basis.

Versatile....but base motor breaks easily.
Versatile & full of functionality......pity the motor goes BOOM PUFF BANG after 2 years. This is the 2nd HR76/77 series that the base went bust one me; such a pity. Next to impossible to replace just the base; most other Philips blenders are not compatible.

Not impressed
I was disappointed by this product:1. Very very plasticky for 200 euros. I did not feel confident this product would age well. The bowls provide are big and can contain a lot of fruit/veg/dough, but the handles are very flimsy and weak.2. chopping/grating was ok.3. Juicing: too much waste, ie slices of apples, celery ended up was waste without being juiced.4. Bulky: I knew that when buying it5. the citrus press: what a joke! just plastic.6. Dough hook: we did not try, but gosh, not sure the parts would survive.Basically, not recommended at all. If you want to make juices, chop, grate, etc., then get a juicer and an additional kitchen food processor: we went for BOSH MES3000 and are happy with. As for the kitchen food processor we are thinking about getting a cheap one for about 60 Euros. (which offers a better quality built than Philips product).
