This is a great pre workout, different flavors and they are all good. Been using for a year and a half and it keeps me going in the gym.

I like the taste of the watermelon flavor. At a high enough dosage, I get the “tingles” in my hands and feet. Seems like it’s really working at that point. Not jittery, just tingly. I get good, focused energy and it provides a nice kick for intense workouts. Been using it for over a year.

Tastes great not too much caffeine to give jitters. I use before lifting and whenever I have a sweet craving. Mixes easy. I have been using this for years. I don’t feel as sore next day when I take it.

This has been my "go to" energy drink for years now. It takes great and helps me feel energized for my workouts. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking to enhance their workout and help rebuild muscle tissue after their workout.

I like the flavor a lot, but if you find it too sour on its own you can mix it with fruit punch (sugar free, of course) or something similar. It's best ice cold (or with ice) and I have used it pre workout or just as a small pick me up if I am tired at the end of the day. It's basically giving the benefits of something like Gatorade and your favorite caffeinated energy drink at the same time. I would definitely use more water than it tells you to, and don't use more than 3 scoops or you're going to be wired. Tried this on a whim from another health retailer and sought out more here because it's so good.

Good price and didn’t taste bad. Good energy and focus without the jitters

Feel that tingle after I add it to liquid and drink it but I feel it helps me with my cardio workouts
