Nice detail, great quality
I wanted something that had a nod to the eras of days gone by and this was just perfect. Easy to install, fit perfectly on the new toilet and after 8 months of use I’ve had no issues at all. Durable, great value, and serves its purpose but with style. The gold looks just as beautiful as the day I unpacked it. Will be looking at more of this brand for my bathroom shower upgrade.

Very classy, well-made handle, has great action.
The media could not be loaded. Really like this handle, really classy. I’m not handy at all, and the install went really well. I did have to make a custom plastic washer that was a little bigger than the one they had but it was just a buck at the hardware store for a foot-long piece of plastic tube that I cut to fashion a slightly wider plastic washer (the one that’s near the arm attachment on the inside of the tank)

Lovely piece
This is a fine piece of hardware both aesthetically and functionally. The flapper arm can easily be bent to accommodate the location of the flapper without impacting the function of the overall handle assembly. It's heavy, solid brass and glass, and has a pleasing "feel" when pressed to flush. There are cheaper versions but I would pay10 bucks more to have this cool addition to the overall appearance and function of the bathroom. Only minus is the clear plastic spacer could be slightly longer, or it could come with three slightly different lengths of spacers, to accommodate manufacturers tank thickness variables, but it works. If the slight wobble bothers you, (it's barely noticeable), purchase a thin brass washer of proper inside diameter, and slide it on either side of the clear plastic spacer and that will take up the slack. I will be doing this, probably take an easy 5 minutes

Its a beautiful handle however....
This handle is beautiful and very well made. However the inestructions are a complete joke, everything tightens to the left and the tiny screw in the handle will harrang you within an inch of your life. I found it easier to manuver the tiny screw with the wrench with the handle disassembled. Additionally make sure the assembly bar from the inside of the toilet is all the way inserted in the handle this way there will be no jiggling.

Good buy
Good quality, I don’t know what people are talking about. The directions are hard to follow. You don’t really need directions to put it on pretty self-explanatory.

Excellent Product - Poor Instructions
The flush lever is well-designed and manufactured with quality materials and workmanship. Once installed correctly, it works quite smoothly and silently. However, as others have already noted, the instructions are poorly written.Out of the box, the flush handle is installed backwards (to reduce box size requirements). Remove the handle from the flush arm by loosening the set screw using the provided hex wrench, then pull free and set aside. Now, for the installation itself:1) Install the rubber washer with the square cutout upon the bracket assembly.2) Insert the bracket assembly (with rubber washer) through the square hole in the toilet's water tank from the interior, ensuring that the upper/lower stops face towards the center of the tank as shown in the diagram. Hold in place.3) Insert the chrome-pated brass lock nut assembly into the tank's square hole from the outside, then thread onto the bracket assembly (NOTE: left-hand threads). Hand tighten or use wrench.4) Place plastic washer onto flush lever pivot rod.5) Apply waterproof grease upon pivot rod (and perhaps a dab in the bracket assembly's hole).6) Insert pivot rod through bracket assembly until it protrudes beyond the lock nut assembly.7) Attach flush lever to serrated portion of protruding pivot rod at desired angle, then tighten set screw using provided hex wrench.I added the step for the grease - the bracket assembly is brass and the pivot rod portion of the flush lever is chrome-plated brass. Sooner or later the chrome will wear through and corrosion of the brass material will create friction that will hinder operation. The grease should prolong smooth operation for several more years.

I would not buy again
It is pretty but difficult to install and get to work correctly! Hint: threads are left handed
