I have a love/hate relationship with this pillow! I am about 5 nights in to using it and it is growing on me. I do sleep better with it, in that I can breathe better with the incline without having to sleep on the couch, since I'm having a facial swelling situation with pregnancy. The first night I tried the wedge without the head support and woke up with neck pain! So, definitely glad to have the head support, no more neck pain! The first couple of nights I woke up every time I turned/ repositioned because the fear of falling off the sides of the pillow when I turned from side to side. I'm a little person and so I couldn't imagine a wider person using this, they'd really fall off the edges at night! Also a little downfall is that I slide down in my sleep, so I keep having to adjust my body back up to the top. But I do recommend it! For little people that is, or for back-only sleepers, maybe not as much for side sleepers. Oh and one more thing to mention, the tiny little box that this big pillow is shipped in makes it impossible to ship back in that packaging. Consider it done when you make the purchase. I saw it before I opened it and thought did I order something for a tiny baby accidentally?!? It is so compressed (clearly with a machine) that once the pillow expands, there is no folding or stuffing it back into the shipper it arrived in. So be sure to consider that.

This wedge pillow is multi-functional - it has been used in many different areas of my house including the living room and bedroom. I like that each piece can be separated and used independently.

PROS:The dimensions are very clearly stated in the product information.Quality construction and materials.The flexibility in configuration is fantastic. Gave 4 stars bc no instructions/reference materials.CONS:No instructions included so have to come and take pictures to figure out to put the different pieces together.It is only 16" wide! Useless for an adult. Which means that only half of that model's body is actually on a pillow. Think of it this way. Look at your laptop. That's how wide the pillows are - only good to support your head. Anything below your neck is going to be hanging in the wind on either side.

I bought this for my mom and it's worked great for her! She loves the 3 pcs and uses them in a variety of different ways for support.The only thing that I didn't like was the smell once unpackaged. I would recommend airing it out for a few days before using.Otherwise, no complaints!

Perfect for my needs. I have esophagus issues and need to sleep elevated. Pillow has helped me tremendously. I also recently tore my rotator cuff, so, as you can imagine, sleeping is not my favorite thing to do. This pillow allows me to get into a position that relieves most of my discomfort and allows ne to sleep as well as can be expected at this time. Pillow allows for multiple positions for sleeping, sitting, watching TV. Cover is plush and comfortable and removable for easy cleaning. It has been a life changer for me.

There are 3 pieces. Problem is the actual item shapes does not match shape in the Black & White instruction sheet. The shapes The instructions are triangle. That is not close to the actual products whichare unusual shapes. So the instructions are useless.The product is shrink wrapped therefore it does not fit in the original packaging.Before I went to the hospital on Wednesday May 3rd, I attempted to hand off the item to be packed and told them about the fact that it will not fit into original packaging. The clerk said I had to pay for a new box and shipping charges.I told her it should be free but she said I needed proof. I had to bring the order back home.Meanwhile I took everything out of trunk and car putting all into my garage. The back rest item is still there and I am in the hospital. I had to get ready for my surgery and gather all my needed personal belongs.I am still in hospital and I am not able to physically take the item back for delivery.

The fabric they used is really nice and soft, however it causes the pillow pieces to slip and slide. The velcro that is supposed to hold it all together is not strong enough and you will just always wake with the pillow pieces you put together when you went to sleep all over the place. If you're handy you can replace the velcro with buttons or add some non slip fabric but there are already products that do that instead, thank goodness the holidays were only two months after I received this product so I could get a better option as a gift!

I got this pillow to use during a recent double mastectomy recovery. It worked great. As I needed to sleep more upright for the first couple of weeks I was able to and as I healed I was able to adjust it down for my personal needs. If I could change one thing thing about his pillow is I would make it a little wider or maybe have an option to purchase a wider one when using it for this particular surgery. I am relatively small, 125lbs but it would be to narrow for my husband. I still use it to read or watch TV.
