Did not work out of the box
I bought this blow dryer for my girlfriend who was traveling from China. It was really embarrassing when she brought it to my attention that the blow dryer would not turn on upon removing it from the box. I would not recommend this product.

Longer dry time
I know many stylists love this type of blow dryer, but it wasn’t my favorite. I found it took longer to dry hair, especially if you have long or thick hair—it could take all day. However, for short or thin hair, it works well. I do appreciate that it’s lightweight and not too loud, making it a great travel option for personal use.
