These are great - light and crisp cookies with a nice peppery hit of ginger tempered with sugar. The ginger is potent enough that having a few scratches the itch for something sweet, without the cookies being too dense like gingerbread cookies can be. The in-tin packaging is great, very protective if you did want to mail them, and the tins themselves are a nice size for later use as storage.
