Allergic to egg
This product is brilliant. I always have a supply in the cupboard as I make scones, cakes, batter anything requiring egg. I have been told by several people that they prefer the cakes I make compared to cakes with egg in them.

i use this every time i make cakes, and it is brilliant, i can't tell the difference. simply put, i wouldn't use anything else now...
