No effect
Been taking these for a month now but unfortunately they are having little or no effect at allThey do taste amazing though but I wouldn't recommend if you have trouble getting to sleep, especially for the price

Works relatively quickly!
Love the taste, flavour and texture of these, they're so easy to chew. I take these with my breakfast and feel relaxed within half an hour. I work night shifts so they are perfect to help me unwind and sleep follows pretty quickly. These were recommended to me, and now I'll never go back!

Great for sleep
I was skeptical as there’s not many reviews but this gummy sends me right to sleep. It’s tasty too. I was typically someone who stayed up a lot at night and as a result had excessive screen time etc. This really knocks you out in a short time space. Would buy again

Not so good.
After both me and my husband trying these for quite a while, we both found that they didn’t help with our sleep, and unfortunately upset our stomachs. The only good thing was that they tasted nice. So won’t be purchasing any more.

Having nearly eaten the whole box as tasty as they are did nothing to relax or help sleep deprivation.
