Have been a life saver.
Been taking these for a while now as I used to wake up every single day with a headache, I have medical conditions and hate taking the amount of prescriptions the doctor hands out. Since having these specific gummies I have found I suffer less with headaches am more awake in myself and have less issues with my muscles. The gummies taste good, the texture is a little strange but are easy to use either once a day or 1 gummy in the morning and 1 at night. The vitamin content is acceptable, not the highest I have seen on the market but also reasonable value for money.

sleeping through !
Im going to ramble a little but it may help some...I have a almost 6 year old who has had trouble getting to sleep since birth. Then would constantly wake up throughout the night. We have a routine and have tried everything set inplace for a good night sleep. But she just cannot switch off, you can see she is trying and really is tired but her mind just won't stop. The other day after another sleepless night I took her to the Dr's for help/advice or even melatonin. Being in the UK they only prescribe that to people diagnosed with ADHD or autism. She shows many traits of ADHD but because she doesn't miss behave I'm not taken seriously when asking for assessments. Anywho Dr's was useless and I was so desperate for some sleep for us both I remembered a friend "who's child is diagnosed with one of the above" talking about these. So I ordered them! Spoke with my little one and explained that we are going to see if it helps her sleep. We both tried them (I took two) and she had one. They taste quite nice and I can imagine them being palletable to most people. Anoywho we carry on with out night time routine and nothing seemed to be happening. She was still absolutely wide awake doing her usual chatting me to death. Then she breaks down and said these are not making me sleep mom ! By this time I could feel myself feeling quite calm I can't explain. So I told her they're not sleeping pills that will put you to sleep. They are the vits your body can you to help you fall asleep you till have to try. She said OK and we were just laying down staring at each other. I was stroking her eyebrows and then three blinks and she was out cold!I cannot believe it. That night I was able to get over 8 hours of undisturbed sleep. We have both been taking them and I've come on here to order another tub.Like I said they do not knock you out they will not force you to sleep. If your child wants to sleep and is trying to sleep I think they will work just fine. But if your child does not want and that is the problem I don't think they'd be helpful as they don't force you to sleep just takes the edge off the head noise. I myself am waiting for my official diagnosis of ADHD and Autism and I have difficulty switching off. Cannot recommend these enough. Really helped this family out so far. If you're in a similar situation it's definitely worth a try .

Waste of money
Do not buy I read the reviews and thought they seem good i will give them a try my son he is 6 and autistic he struggles sleeping but normally if he goes to bed he will end up going to sleep about 11.30pm to 12.30 I gave him one of these gummy’s he looked so tired anyway but thought they might relax him they done the opposite he didn’t fall asleep until 5 in the morning they gave him energy I thought I’d give them a couple of days might take a while he’s still the same so I took one and I felt awful I was wide awake but felt so tired I struggled to switch off I didn’t sleep at all waste of money straight in the bin

Worked first night
I wasnt too sure if these would work due to mixed reviews but professionals had recommended them for my autistic children who struggle to sleep. Ive heard great things about them from a lot of people. First night trying them last night and after an hour or so my child needed help to be carried into bed and has slept peacefully all night which is a first so I'd say these have certainly helped from day one! Thank you

Tasty and helpful bedtime routine
These gummies taste good (my child takes them happily) and seem to help with winding down before bed. Texture is soft and easy to chew. Nice bonus that they have added vitamins too. The bottle only lasts a month, so bigger packs would be useful.

Something worked and it may have been these...
EDIT: These DEFINITELY work! On a night where we have gone without a gummy bear, our four year old will wake several times overnight. When he has had one, we usually have 0 wake ups. He slept until 6am this morning which is a goshdarn Christmas miracle. Just buy the gummies, your sleep debt will thank you.Our boy has always been an awful sleeper, walking frequently and also early mornings Which were getting earlier (we're taking 4:30am!). In desperation, we went all in and started these gummies along with 'sleepy patches' and a rigid bedtime routine. The routine has fallen away a bit but we've maintained the use of the gummies and patches as there was a definite improvement in sleep. Last night, after about three weeks of consistency, he slept the whole night through and didn't wake up until 6:10am! Something is working, is it the gummies? Who knows? But we're definitely continuing with them.

A decent option, but not the best for sleep support
The Novomins Magnesium gummies are a good size with a pleasant smell and taste, and the delivery was impressively fast. However, they didn’t help settle my son, so I’ve switched back to a previous product that contains magnesium glycinate—the key ingredient for promoting restful sleep in children. While it’s a little more expensive, it’s worth the investment for better results. If sleep support is your main priority, consider spending a bit more to get the right formulation.
