This item is very useful. No regrets buying this item.
According to me, using pushup board and working out in my own room is much better than going to gym paying fees.Bif difference is that, in gym you pay fees monthly but this pushup board is just to buy once and that's it. On top of that, pushup board is not that costly, even comparing to most of the dumbbells or barbells.So, I highly recommend this item for you all.It almost saves everything.The pump you feel using this pushup board is hella in different level.I regrets buying this item only now.

grip of the push up board handles are not perfect and it hurts the nuckles very very bad
handle grip doesn't fit properly into the pushup bar so it hurts when u try to push ups t the knuckles and cant even do push ups properly do to he unfit grip. but other products are good and if u wish to do pushups with out handles then its perfect

It's a good product with multiple options to hit different body parts. Small and portable..light weight. Easy to carry and takes less space. Biend independenti.e. not mandatory to hit the gym. I don't know anything more about this product as I have just received it. So company should consider the fact that until you use it customer's can't write 100 words...
