Stopped working , motor?
Hot wires leading to the fan but no response from the motor. Has only been installed for 3 months

Frist time I order this item didn't received about 2 weeks, I contract and got quickly refunded. Second, I order again only 3-4 business day delivered. Product correct details, high power good for commercial. Thanks

good product, but only a little bit noisier than wanted

Bad fan
Installed fan in March went to turn it on In July motor. Contact Amazon it was over the 30 day window they told me to contact the manufacturer sent three emails no response so Amazon is stepping up and reimbursing me still no response from the manufacture

It died and no satisfactory warranty
So i got it installed, the fan unit itself is awesome, rugged and well built. The motor died with days of installation. Less than stellar customer service and no satisfaction. Would replace if it was easier to get at, pulled motor out and took to local motor repair shop. Told it was junk and not worth fixing would need new Motor. Seller was less then helpful.
