The product us great quality. It has suction to drain the water that comes out of ear. It has a few different settings for irrigation soft, regular, pulsating, and strong flow. There are two types of spray tips. A single hole and a triple holes. There's several of each of those tips. It is rechargeable with a type C USB charger. My daughter with autism tolerated it very well, and it cleaned her ears well. We Irrigated twice on each ear, and got the best results on the second attempt. We used an ear drop for a couple days to soften up the ear wax prior to Irrigation. You can see in the pictures the wax that was Irrigated out and the yellow discoloration of the water after irritation. It is a very effective and seemingly safe product to use. The price is fair, especially at the 40% off coupon rate I purchased it with.

I was dealing with an ear infection and after purchasing an otoscope to see what was going on, I was horrified by all the wax buildup. Like a lot of people I thought I had been doing a decent job keeping my ears clean. I was wrong. Found this ear cleaner and after reading reviews I decided to buy it. After using some carbamide peroxide and letting it loosen the wax, this ear cleaner made rinsing my ears out 1000% easier. Was easy to figure out all the settings and get it working. USB type-C charging port was a pleasant surprise.Definitely recommend using warm water otherwise you will get dizzy and lightheaded.

Worked well for a dozen cleanings. Stopped working, and company initially responded with instruction of how to take it apart, then stopped writing, and I now have a dead unit - looks new - with no more response from Momspeace. The batteries last at least 5 washings.

I received this product and tryed it.. it never worked .I tryed to return it several times through amazon .Amazon didn't try and help me .so it's been sitting there new but don't work .so I tryed amazon again and had no luck returning it .they now say it's been to long of a period to return it.ive been a very long time amazon custumer.i think there policy.s need to change.this is not right..

I love this system, I can use it without any help from my husband, except to put the ear wax removal drops in my ears. I like being able to select the water pressure and most of all I really like the ear tip with the three holes, it allows for multi directional cleaning at once for a more through and faster cleaning. I did discover that its best to tip my head down toward my shoulder so the loose wax flushes out easier. Thank you, for me this ear wax removal system is the easiest and fastest way to remove ear wax safely.

I have one ear that produces a lot of that waxy substance called cerumen. I never remove much with cotton swabs. Typically, I make it worse. My ear was very clogged and restricted my hearing big time when I finally ordered this machine. I used as suggested and adjusted the level of pressure and it worked instantly! SUPER easy to use, one handed, no mess whatsoever. With some time and patience, and using some carbamide peroxide (which is easy to find) and this machine, you can get even the most built up wax out painlessly. Put the carbamide in your ear, lay down and wait for 10 min while it penetrates, then flush it out a few times with body temp water. Repeat as needed until it's all clear. Was pretty blocked up, but every bit was gone when I rechecked w/ my doc. A++++ device, I highly recommend it!!

I don't know if I just have really bad wax build up or what, but the highest pressure setting barely tickled my ear canal... maybe this unit is designed and built for children...
