I overheat easily thanks to neuropathy, so have to control my temperature which isn't always easy. I have tried the gel scarfs, which work well, but need a long soak or forethought. This is great to stick in your handbag, and just needs getting wet to instantly work. Wrapping it round your neck cools the jugular veins to keep your head cool, and works really well. When it gets warm, you just wave it a bit and the condensation speeds up again and its cool again, perfect. If you are going to get really hot, or exercise in the warm, then I suggest you get a cooling towel instead for more surface area, but just to keep cool while pootling about on a hot day this is perfect.

I've not really used it for cooling though it the insert does provide a cooling effect, I use to keep sweat from getting into my Hearing Aids whilst working out in the Gym and these were a lot cheaper than buying a normal Bandana or Head Sweatband and these worked a treat, comfortable, didn't slip and kept my hearing aids dry so no more sounding like underwater or water-logging the battery. So have ordered another couple (different colours)

It did work out rather expensive with the postage added. But I was satisfied with the actual product at the actual product price.

The headband once it is wet and on the forehead is brilliant. It keeps you cool and I would recommend this to anybody who needs cooling down in the heat. Ideal to wear while you sleep on a really humid night.

Quite disappointed with this. It doesn’t stay cold or wet for any length of time. Maybe because I work in a very hot kitchen and it was just too hot for it. I tried it on a very hot summer night at home recently and it wasn’t any better.

I brought this headband in the lime colour years ago. Its so good that I'm considering a 2nd purchase. Just wish they had a variety of colours instead of the blue and lime that I see here. Im a biker and a runner and use it solely for indoor biking. I have a ton of head bands I can use but, this is the one I constantly reach for as it doesn't break my delicate hair when I put it on or pull it off. I don't bother to wet it, I just put it on dry and it instantly soaks up the sweat throughout the workout. I don't get sweat or eye make up in my eyes thanks to this.

Fits well but doesn't stay cool for long. Goid as a headband
