Great source of protein+ collagen for bones.
The blue, unflavored, powder dissolves instantly in hot coffee or tea. No taste & no change in the drink texture.The creamer doesn't dissolve as well, even if I've boiled my coffee/tea! It leaves a film on top of the hot drink, similar to the skin that forms when milk is heated too quickly. I won't buy that again- will stick with the unflavored.I sometimes go through a 25 ounce unflavored (blue cannister) in a two week period. This makes a great meal substitute when I don't feel like fixing something to eat, as I still get my needed protein.

Mixes very well
I use these with other powdered supplements and I’d say this mixes the best out of all of them that I use. Its non-flavored version mixes best. The vanilla one clumps a tiny bit but I kind of like that because it tastes great

This does make my hair & skin happy but I can’t stand the aftertaste.

I have noticed visible changes in my skin and my nails. Skin tone and pores are clear and smooth. My nails are stronger and solid color instead of the usual transparent look. I have not noticed anything in the area of pain as I am still recovering from neck surgery-I didn't purchase it for pain though.The creamer has an ingredient that I have an allergic reaction to, it may be the coconut. I use only a teaspoon of it with the scoop of the other powder in my coffee. Dissolves well and doesn't alter the flavor of my coffee (Mayorga Organic whole bean) in any way.

Taste
It has no taste so I can blend it with my morning coffee which is hard for most things since I drink it black. It has no bitter taste. No taste at all.

Love this brand
Love the collagen’s in the blue bottle- use it daily in my coffee. It really helps with my joints and movement.The “creamer” in the yellow is supposed to be vanilla flavored, but it has no flavor. It leaves a bad aftertaste- just gross. Clumps and is hard to mix with liquid- hot and cold.Recommend THE BLUE container!!
