Now Foods True Calm(tm) Amino Relaxer 90 Caps ( two-pack)

I am a real customer and not paid to leave my feedback. My journey started after my 2nd vaccine shot back in April when I thought I was having a heart attack. I wasn't sure if I have developed some reaction to the shot or was having a heart attack. Intense chest pain, short of breath, and full blown anxiety and panic attack which I mind you I never had in my life so feeling was very new to me. After lots of testing I found out that I am healthy and any reaction to the shot was not life threatening. Though the thing I could not shake was the anxiety and panic. It was terrible and now feel bad for people who suffer. Of course, western doctors go right for the drugs so I resorted to Kolonpin and guess what.. I worked great. I am anti-drugs so of course I could not stay on that crap. I tried everything to rid myself of the anxiety and panic so don't take this review as TC is the miracle. Diet cleanup, different exercises, and other things to change my lifestyle. I want to be clear that I am a very healthy individual to start. No health issues whatsoever. I would consider my self 90th percentile when it comes to health. With that said this stuff really works now that I have made other changes to lower my anxiety. I take one in the morning and one a night and when I get anxiety or a panic it comes and goes so feel it dulls the severity. I does not rid totaly so any review you read that its a miracle and "cured me" should be take with a grain of salt. Now with that said I might. I am not saying it wouldn't and maybe taken in stronger dose it does. I take one mid morning and one at night. Its now 9 days without taken Kolopin. That is a record for me. This stuff does not make me smile all day but does take the edge off. It is worth a try to experiment what works for you.I would also say this. You do not want to rely on this stuff as the cure. Natural or not as your tolerance will probably get in the way at some point. Cure the root of your problems. I have a therapist as well now so If you take this to mask your problem you are only kicking the proverbial can down the road.Give it a shot. It's cheap. Its natural. You have nothing to lose. I also would like to know what element in this helps me. I think its the GABA but not sure.Anyway. Heed my advice. It is not a cure! It helps to make the feeling tolerable. It also depends on your level of anxiety. Mine on a scale of 1 to 10 was 7 in the beginning but now a 4ish so feel it works at that level. Not sure when I was bad if this would help. Also give it an hour to work and take for at least 7 days.best wishes!

This product has helped me avoid that feeling of "impending doom" for years. Does not work prn, continuous use and will simply notice that there is no needless worry. Take at bedtime with no bad side effects. Great product.

True Calm was the first herbal remedy for Anxiety that I had every tried, and it is also helpful for sleep because of the Valerian Root in it. I do recommend this to folks who are wanting to explore the all natural route to their tension and anxiety. It may help you. I personally didn't find it helpful for my depression, but I don't believe that's what it's for. It does take the edge off, however and that's what I purchased it for. I have had anxiety problems since I was 17 and I am now 24. It is said that with Valerian Root you are supposed to take a break from it for several months before taking it back up again. All the information I found on it was through online research and I recommend you do your own research before trying any medicine, whether it be doctor prescribed or herbal. This medicine has helped me tons throughout the past several years with all of my stress and I do recommend it to anyone. This is the reason for my 5 star rating.

If having anxiety at night while trying to sleep, these work better than melatonin. Great product

I probably didn't purchase this with the intention of using it on a long term bases. I had to get through a class presentation and speak in front of my classmates. I have a SEVERE phobia of public speaking ...not like the 'average' SEVERE phobia... I mean like I WILL PASS OUT. Ok I am being a tad bit melodramatic here but lets just say the usual normal nervous (hands sweating, stomach hurting, heart beating a million beats a min) has nothing on my "nervous" Get it?So I decided to buy this....On the day of my speech I took like 8 of these in a 5 hour period. Dumb I know , it was either this or taking at least 3 shots of tequila right before class, alcohol was not an option (unfortunately).I can honestly say that my nerves and anxiety were VERY settled. I do not know If I would've been able to get through the presentation, without this stuff. Don't get me wrong I was still crazy nervous but 'normal' nervous not my usual...you get the picture. I ended up getting an A+ Yay! Thank you Now True Calm.To conclude this short review, I give this 4 stars. I took one star off because this makes you somewhat sleepy, that's good if you take it at night, but not so good when you have crazy anxiety and are trying to get through the day.I hope this helps =)

I'm on my 3rd bottle of True Calm. I have taken it off and on over the years, but have kept with it for a while this year. It will not make you sleep, but it will give you a sounder sleep if you don't have any existing issues. I take it at work around lunch and it keeps me feeling even through the rest of the day. I used to take all of the amino acids in this as separate supplements, so this is a good deal to use instead of buying the individual supplements as I have in the past.

Absolutely helps you to be emotionally even. I take one am and before bed. If having a rough time take one. Won't hurt you. Must keep in system. Have been taking for a few years now. Take GABA too.Work well together.
