Montblanc Meisterstuck Burgundy Ballpoint Pen 164

I purchased this pen for my daughter, who was recently promoted to Provising Manager for a large communications firm. I have owned a Montblac for many years and my daughter always commented how dad never leaves home without his pen. I wanted to impress upon her how proud I was of her accomplishment, so over lunch, I surprised her by offering her my own Mont Blanc (Solitaire Doue Signum) she said there was no way she could take my pen because she knew how much i liked it. So i reached into my coat pocket and said "I knew you would say that, so i got you something, and I hope you like it" It was the Montblanc Meistertuck Burgundy 164 and a very nice journal. BIG Hit!! I made her cry in public (very hard to do!). It was a major bonding event!! she will treasure her new Burgandy montblanc for many years, but she will treasure my method of presentation even more...........a happy fatherP.S. I did not talk about the pen much because....a Montblanc is a Montblanc!

I asked the seller if the pen was the same as the regular full sized Montblanc pens I already have. He said "Yes." Of course he was either mistaken or lying.

Yes it did meet my expectations. Great pen just a pity it ran out of ink after two days.

Considering this was pre-owned, the quality of the pen was very good. I would definitely recommend to anyone. The quality of the pen surprised me.

I purchased this pen for my wife to replace a Montblanc that was lost. From the moment she starting using it she observed/complained that it didn't seem like the other one. 1 1/2 years later the pen has fallen apart. Our other Montblanc pens lasted more than 10 years! This pen was either defective or a knockoff. Beware of this seller.

The pen exceeded my expectations. I was thrilled. My purse was stolen on June the 10th. My MB pen was in it. The exact same model, and color. Out all the items in my purse, the pen was the thing I valued the most. Seller was true to their word. The pen looks like it has never been used. The ink was still good. I would highly recommend purchasing items from PelicanInc.

This item is not a true Mont Blanc. This was brought to the Mont Blanc store and I was told it was a fake. Buyer beware
