Could be better
I orders this for lat pull downs and also horizontal lat pulls.The product is exactly as shown in the picture. However, it is very light indicating not very high quality of materials.There are few places where rubber grips has been given. But it is of very poor quality and keeps getting g dislodged from its place and has started shrinking on one side. Had it been made with rubber of proper thickness then this wouldn’t have happened. For the price, I wouldn’t fault them with light weight but poor quality rubber grips isn’t acceptable for it’s price.Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a similar equipment.

strurdy and very strong
This bar is sturdy and very strong and lightweight. I bought it to out it on my pull up bar and do a neutral grip pull up. But it is a bit wide to do a neutral grip pull up. But it can serve other purpose as well which i haven't tested.

I returned the item immediately due to its substandard condition. After reading several reviews, I found that other customers have faced the same issue with this seller.
