The product is really good for cervical patients. My only suggestion would be, you should have sizes in the product. One size doesn't really fits all. But anywho it is a useful product.

Small size not for average broad shoulders nd chests ( persons with broad chest) not comfortable as claimed on website ,still keeping in view above points one can go 4 it.

Product design is very good, must buy Product if you have neck pain. I used this product more than 15 days continuously and neck pain is gone. I love this product

Do not have any softness, it does not fit to size any gives neckpain

My Chiropractor has discarded this product because of three reasons. First, its too hard. Secondly, the Curve is not proper which keeps the nect 2 inches above the base. Its not suitable for the people having wide neck with double chin
