This ink set so far has worked pretty well for my sister's HP printer. It is wet on the bottom end so be careful when removing the seal and putting it into your printer. It also has no issues working with the other HP cartridges which is great so you do not have to replace all of them all at once. The installation for this is the same as the OEM installation. Nothing different needs to be done and it detected the ink right away. It does read as full and it shows me the ink level which is good so far. It was well sealed so no ink leaked out. They are all individually sealed to keep them from being exposed to air if you do not need to use them just yet. I did put them on a scale and it weighs the same as a full OEM ink cartridge so that is a good sign. Upon printing my first sheet, I did not see any issues with the print although you may need to calibrate your printer. Regardless, it printed everything correctly and with no smears of any kind which is great. It was not loose and it did not over use the ink. Even on draft prints, it did a good job. I did not see any issues with alignment or too much ink. I am not entirely sure how many sheets have printed so far but it has not hit low yet. The printer did not have any issues with the cartridge nor did it reject it. There are no holes or anything that I can see on the cartridge so it does not look like it was refilled or anything like that. Overall this ink cartridge works great for the HP printer so far. It has not shown any low ink levels yet It is not rejected by the printer and does not cause any printing errors. It works pretty much like an OEM so far.

I’m updating my review from five stars to one star. When I first purchased the item, I replaced two colors. I got an error message in the printer that they weren’t hp brand, but was able to click “ok” and use them anyway.I changed a color today, and my printer will not print with the color at all. It is blocking the cartridge because it has a non-hp chip. I had two cartridges left, and am very disappointed that I will not be able to use them.—These were significantly cheaper than the printer brand replacements.They work just as well with no problems. A notice from the printer did come up that they weren’t the same brand, but I just clicked “ok” and have had no problems with them.

8710 printer ink cartridges were received on time as they were advertised. the cartridges appear to be of excellent print quality and are competitively priced. the cartridges fit and work properly in my HP 8710 printer, with various types of color and black and white printer paper and so far, as of this writing, do not appear to smudge, but print quality appears clear. these cartridges fit my printer and are easy to install, they also have the chip that will yield the amount of ink within each cartridge. the packaging they came in was properly sealed and the black cartridge has the larger ink capacity. i would recommend this product based upon my review findings.

My HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 did not work with these cartridges due to a firmware upgrade since my printer was on "auto update". I contacted the seller and they rushed me some replacement cartridges that work great! The seller was very responsive and provided 5-Star customer service. I gave my overall rating a 4-Star because they didn't work the first time. I would buy from this seller again.The message my printer was giving was:"The indicated cartridges have been blocked by the printer firmware because they contain a non-HP chip. This printer is intended to work only with new or reused cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip."The replacement cartridges that work perfectly arrived within a few days of my initial contacting the seller. I have already printed with the new cartridges and all looks as good as usual. I am very pleased with this purchase and the seller.
