I take this supplement to keep my blood pressure down. It has worked very well so far. Been taking it for a few years.

This is a great product and has been prescribed by functional medicine doctor. It takes a while to bring your blood pressure back to normal (designed for those already with normal range). My range was getting high and after I started using it consistently in the morning and at night (w/o any food) my blood pressure is now consistently in the normal range (below 120) and sometimes in the 120s. All I KNOW is that it works. Now giving it to my brother who refuses to do medications like me.

This product increased my blood pressure instead of lowering it.

I really like this mix of herbs and it has been beneficial for me, with that said there are a lot of different herbs in this mix so you might want to do some research on some of them. It is great that they are using organic ground herbs without any fillers.

These are easy-to-swallow and don't have too distinct a flavor. Assuming they do the trick, I recommend them.
