Great ab workout
This was quick and easy to assemble. It provides a great ab workout to strengthen core. You need to have some upper body strength to help pull yourself up. It’s a workout, not supposed to be easy!

Worth it!!
This is the best ab “machine” I’ve ever purchased. I’ve had the ab rocker, ab roller, ab lounger etc lol. I hate working out my abs and core!! This is made very well and even the padding is good quality. And it was only$100. I love it!! I’ve been using it as often as I have time (once a week or 3-4 times a week depending on the week) and I started seeing results within the first couple weeks. After some time being very lazy my abs had gotten so flabby and I honestly had no strength. Felt overwhelming to commit to 30 minutes of ab work everyday. When I did I didn’t see much in the way of toning. This machine changed that so fast! I feel super motivated to get to the highest level and then get back into Pilates. Highly recommend this for anyone who is feeling like I was.

Good purchase
For the price point I love this little machine. It is small and folds up to put away easily as well. This was very easy to assemble only took around 15 min. I can really feel the abs working when I use it and if I went longer I'm sure I would regret the pain the next day. I'm going to see how long it takes me to lose an inch or more with this little gem.
