The media could not be loaded. I was taking Flo a more expensive brand that I feel like bad me feel weird but these are great! I can tell when I am out for a few days and my skin and mood is off! The price is great and I feel like they work well!

I bought these because Flo charges a stupid amount for gummies like this but I really wanted to try to see if they help me with PMS. So far, I've not noticed any changes but will update in a few weeks.As for the gummies, they are VERY chewy. They stick to your teeth and gums. They're the kind of chewy that make your jaw/gums 'itch' (know what I mean?). I'm still deciding if I like this sensation because I'm very sensitive to texture and these are bordering on the 'too chewy' texture for me. The flavour is subtle, they don't taste too sweet, which is great. They're also not sticky on your fingers; I know some gummies leave a residue on your fingers when getting some out of the container, but not these. They do stick to each other though, so just be mindful when you try to pour some out, I guess. For the price, I think they're pretty good value, but I'll make a definitive conclusion once I've made it through my next cycle :)

I’ve tried multiple PMS gummies and landed on these because all the others I like were out of stock at the moment. Taste is fine, but nearly impossible to chew- so tough and dry. I haven’t noticed a difference in mood, etc (I’ve only taken them twice and I’m always on a PMS gummy so I really don’t expect to see any changes there at this point) so I’m sure they’re fine to get the job done just way too tough to chew.

So I found this product to be very delicious, the taste is actually better than some of the other gummy’s have had very fruity. The sugar count also is not bad along with its carb count so if you’re in doing any dieting, this might be a good option. I have noticed already my skin clearing up. I am very satisfied with us and will continue to use.

I got these instead of the Flo brand, and it was not worth it. While these taste good and do make me feel better, they are way too sticky and get caught all over my teeth. Just buy the Flo brand

I use this for a time to help with my hormone imbalance. Highly recommend!
