Works great
The funnel is a must for changing the resin. Would make a huge mess without it. After replacing the risen in my water softener the water pressure to the home has improved and the water is soft once again.

Worth the trouble.
For a DYI project that’s could be complex, it was very straight forward. A lot of work overall, but once you get the media in the cylinders, it immediately started to soften the water.
