I love this! I made a little kitchen nook like a small diner and put it up with other diner decor ! It’s really cute and it’s made of metal to be sturdy. It’s still light enough to hang easily on the wall. Really glad I purchased it and perfect for where I put it!

I bought this for the front of my aluminum retro camper, to cover a small hole torn in it during a windstorm; I haven’t installed it yet; looks like it will work, but I’ll need to get someone to properly repair the small hole first. I would have preferred an aluminum sign, as it would probably hold up better in the long run. I might put this sign somewhere else; & keep looking for an appropriate aluminum one.This would best work inside, where rust wouldn’t be an issue. In retrospect, I think aluminum will work better for the aluminum retro camper. I’ll just keep looking….

It's exactly what you expect for the price. It's a little on the flimsy side -- it will bend easily -- and the image (including the rustic distressed/worn look) is just a flat matte image. I was hoping it would have a little more dimension to it -- that the 66 would be glossy and pressed into the tin to give it a bit of authenticity and dimension), but the image is flat. The border does have a pressed edge. Again, at this price, it seems about right, so I shouldn't complain. There are tiny holes on the sides and bottom for hanging; too small for screws, but small nails will work just fine. I think it would be fine for a kid's room or a garage, but may be a little too flat and matte for a fussy man cave.

The materials are much better than many of the tin/metal signs we've previously purchased on Amazon, not flimsy and easy to bend. The colors are nice, but it definitely has the look of a vintage sign. This is a great addition to my sign wall. The sign arrived flat and undamaged, it has an authentic appearance, and it's overall quite nice! The mounting holes are only on the sides, but this sign is thin enough for you to punch or drill a new hole when necessary. Great item for a rustic or retro decor :)

When this QMARK Route 66 Road Sign came up for review I jumped at the opportunity since I spent so much of my childhood with my parents traveling on it from west to east and back again many times. This sign appears to be very well made for indoor use. The tin metal is a bit lightweight but the visual appearance and graphic of the sign itself easily makes up for that. There are no sharp edges on this sign.Despite the product description stating the the coating is weather resistant against sun, rain, and extreme climate, I have this retro sign hung inside on my studio wall as a reminder of those many years ago. I honestly don't know how well this sign would hold up in the extreme Colorado climate outdoors.Overall I really love this sign for many reasons, and feel it would make a great gift for those who remember traveling the route from 1926 when it became a highway, to 1985 when driving Route 66 uninterrupted became impossible.I found the price point of the QMARK Route 66 Road Sign to actually be a bit cheaper than similar offerings.

This is a really fun, metal, distressed reproduction of a road sign for US Route 66, great for a den, a man cave (or, these days, a person cave!), family room, kitchen, wherever! I hung mine in my garage, where I’m starting a small collection of nostalgic road signs.This is very well made—it’s thick metal, beveled or folded at the edges, with three holes for nails—two at the top, one at the bottom center. It’s about one foot by one foot, and it arrived packed well, without any bends or flaws.Now to be real frank, the image is a little blurry when you look at it at close range; it’s not completely sharp. But that may go hand in hand with the distressed nature of the artwork. It looks great hanging on a wall.I really enjoy this wall sign, and I also think it’s a great price. It will almost certainly bring a smile to your face.
