Okay so this started as a crazy idea after I priced molding for a room and decided after doing the math, I could figure out a more “fiscally responsible” solution.Enter my brain thinking “Oo dowels” did the math on that, doubled it to figure out placement, made some measurements, used some clear-drying wood glue, and lots of patience, and at last … the best decision I’ve made in a long time. I used 2-2 1/2 packs to complete my entire room, primed it, caulked then final coat of color paint of my choice and it was well worth it.I needed them to be very straight and all of the dowels in my set were just that. I had no warping. And they accurately reflected the measurements in the description. I have no clue what you will be using yours for but get it!!!

It’s was smooth no splinters! That was one of my biggest concerns with using these for a birthday party. I used them to make the printable pennant flags in the vase

the pack I received didn't have any issues, knots, etc. Though I really cannot ascertain what species the wood is. works fine to plug a hole.

Easy to use for crafts

I ordered 1/4” dowels. Got 15/64” dowels. They won’t work.Most stuff I get from China is garbage.
